    Of those listed i regularly drink water, apple cider vinegar, coffee, green tea, and red wine. As for cider vinegar and beetroot juice. I put a vinegar based dressing, (red wine or raspberry or low salt homemade Italian, on salad and add cider vinegar to a bowl of chili with beans as they do in some places in Mexico. A tablespoon or so sweetens the chili somewhat and cuts the spiciness and heat. You can also get your vinegar and beetroot fix by making a salad of canned beets with the juice and cider vinegar, with diced onions, parsley (optional) and diced green peppers for color and flavor. A dash of sugar substitute brings out the sweetness of the beets. Add a small amount of pepper and salt to taste. I have coffee two to three times a day, sometime splurging at night with a cup of Irish coffee with just a splash of creamer. So far since I was diagnosed with steroid created diabetes in 2019 I have kept my A1C at a steady 6.2.

      @@DiabeticsTalk I should add that since I take an infusion every six months for a rare illness called vasculitis which has not only exacerbated my once manageable COPD forcing me to use oxygen, but also negates the effects of the COVID Vaccine leaving me homebound and unable to go other than to my doctors, or to a drive in restaurant, or a sit down one after normal breakfast, and lunch hours, or before supper hour or late night, masked and sitting away from other people. No one other than family is allowed in my house except family and my housekeeper once a week, and my neighbor who helps me with my wheelchair to the doctors office and does repairs on our home and cars. I am 75 and my wife is 77. Our 50th Wedding Anniversary was on July 20th. Unfortunately I was in the hospital as with a collapsed lung, possibly created by an injury when a chair leg cracked and broke off sending me head over heels and on to my back. So right now though I just got a used stationary bike and a treadmill for my wife's exercise will be limited to walking around my living room and trips to the john.

    I felt so different, i am 16 year old man .. i just get bloodsugar test and it is 9.8mol i just felt so so much sad and it was one of my saddest news😢 I dont know if it was to late for me to cure or reverse this disease

    I’m 15 I don’t really think I’m diabetic but my heart beats pretty fast and my chest hurts a bit like something’s pressing down on it. I’m 6’2 and 160 lbs but most of the wait is my belly. I’m pretty skinny I don’t eat meat

    I am type 2, i use Libre3 to monitor my glucose. i been drinking the mixture of one lemon and half of the cucumber, add water and blend it, use 1/2 gallon for your mixture, put in the fridge. Everytime i drink i add 1/3 cup of diet tea drink for my sweetener, i drink it anytime of the day and before bedtime too. My glucose is between 95 to 120.

    I went to a natural food and supplement store today. I mentioned that I was looking for "dihydroberberine". She had no clue what I was talking about. She is a supplement expert. It was like talking to a wall. This video is 2 years old. Why doesn’t she have a clue. This is not the only video mentioning the difference between "DihydroB" and B.

    I wouldn't want to soak my beans and soak out the nutrients,,I would rather to drink less...it's like drinking the juice of an orange and not realizing how beneficial the peels are....wisdom.is the key...thank you anyway ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
